The following are a selection of pain management resources that you may find useful.  You can explore them yourself at home, and use them in conjunction with seeing Dr Green.

THE PAIN TOOLKIT

Produced by Pete Moore, a chronic pain sufferer who attended the INPUT Pain Management Program at London's Guys & St.Thomas' Hospital, The Pain Toolkit was devised as a way of helping other patients in Chronic Pain.  This is well established material that is used around the world to help patients manage their chronic pain.

LIVING WITH CHRONIC PAIN

Living with Chronic Pain is produced by Neil Berry a Consultant Clinical Psychologist.  This is another established resource for helping patients to manage their pain.
